When I say pizza, it takes me to the most loved dialogue. Sharing the famous pizza dialogue😃which is delivered by one of the famous legendary comedy actors, Late Vivek sir(Tamil film comedian)he described pizza in one of the Tamil movies 💫

So, let all of us enjoy the dialogue 💥

We will never forget our childhood memories. Likewise, when we watch movies we connect our life with it and through that, it creates nostalgic🤩

How to make pizzas?😋

Tawa pizza

But how? Yes we can do at home with less ingredients ❤️

INGREDIENTS :

💢Maida
💢Salt
💢Sugar
💢Baking soda
💢Curd
💢Milk
💢Tomatoes
💢Onion
💢Capsicum
💢Oil
💢Pepper
💢Water

How to make? ❤️

👁️‍🗨️Pizza batter:

1.In a bowl add 200 grams of Maida, a pinch of baking soda and salt in it.
2. Add 2 teaspoon of curd, 1 teaspoon of sugar in it and prepare a dough.Mix well like how we will prepare for chappati.

Keep it aside for 2 hours💥

👁️‍🗨️Tomato sauce:

1.In a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil, and add chopped tomatoes and onion in it.
2. Add 1/4 cup of water and a pinch of salt in it.

Let the onions and tomatoes get cooked.

3. Later, in a jar add those cooked onions and tomatoes in it and grinded it well.

Tomato sauce is ready💥

👁️‍🗨️ White sauce :

1. Again in a pan, add 1/4 cup of Maida and stir well.
2.Now add 1 cup of milk and pinch of sugar in it.
3.Mix well without any flaws.

White sauce is ready💥

It’s time for our pizza now

1.Divide the dough into half.
2.You can use rolling pin, gently flatten the dough into a disc.
3. Now, using a teaspoon first add white sauce in the dough.
4.Then add tomato sauce.
5. It’s time to add your favorite vegetables, you can even add mushrooms or paneer in it.
6.Now sprinkle pepper on it.
7.Apply oil or butter in tawa. Then cook for 10 to 15 min in the tawa.

Healthy Drink – Ragi Koozh 🤤

Here’s a solution for you all 💯

INGREDIENTS 🙈

💫 Ragi flour

💫 Water

💫 Buttermilk

💫 Salt

💫 Onion

How to make🤔

✨ Heat 2 cup of water in a pan.

✨ Meanwhile, mix ragi flour in the remaining 1/2 cups of water.

✨ Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.

✨ Now slowly add the Ragi mixture to the boiling water.

✨ Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

✨ Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture get cooled

✨ Slowly add the buttermilk and whisk nicely.

✨ Now add the chopped onions in it.

✨ Add more water if the drink is too thick.

✨ Chill it for few hours before serving.

Crispy Kambu Pakoda🤤

I couldn’t believe that nowadays I skipped towards healthy snack🤔

Once upon a time without biting on street foods and hotel foods, days haven’t been fulfilled🤐

I was the one who entirely avoids Kambu(Pearl Millet), Ragi and even Bread too😑

Yesterday, felt bored and felt too hungry I made a bread omelette🤤

After tasting this healthy Kambu Pakoda and bread omelette I came to believe that there are ample foods that keep us healthy💯💫

So start preparing a healthy snack in your home and stay active😍

Now let’s see how to prepare a healthy kambu pakoda using Bajra flour/Pearl Millet👀

INGREDIENTS :

😉 Kambu Flour/Pearl Millet

😉 Oil

😉 Salt

😉 Onion

😉 Green Chillies

😉 Curry Leaves

😉 Water

PREPARATION:

🌿 Take a mixing bowl add Kambu flour/Pearl Millet.

🌿 Add chopped green chillies, Onion, Salt and curry leaves in it.

🌿 Add water little by little and mix well, and prepare a dough.

🌿 Heat pan with oil, and drop a pinch of dough in it.

🌿 Deep fry the pakoda in medium flame till the pakoda is crispy and turns golden colour.

🌿 Serve the Crispy pakoda with hot Coffee / tea.

Broken Rice Upma – (Noi Upma/Arisi Upma)

Added another dish, to my favourite food list😀 Yes, currently stuck towards homemade Yummy foods which are made by my mom.

I hope many would truly love eating Upma🤤You all have heard about Sooji Upma, Vermicelli Upma, tomato Upma, Poha Upma.

This Upma is quite distinct. It is made using Broken Rice and also called Arisi Upma.

Arisi Upma is an easy and quick dish to serve for breakfast 😍

My entire family cherishes this Upma. My grandmother is excellent at preparing Broken Rice.

It took just fifteen minutes only to prepare this Broken Rice Upma🤤

INGREDIENTS:

💥 Broken Rice

💥 Oil

💥 Green Chilli

💥 Onion

💥 Water

💥 Mustard Seeds

💥 Salt

💥 Dry Red Chillies

💥 Urad Dhal

💥 Curry Leaves

Only Simple ingredients needed to prepare hot and yummy Upma🤤

How do we get/prepare Broken Rice?🤔

Usually, we used to buy rice from the store or a few may be cultivated in their land. Now, you can use a Mixer grinder, which we normally use in our Kitchen and Grind those rice in it.

You will get an excellent Broken Rice.

Let’s see the Preparation 👀

🌿 Heat the pan with cooking oil, add the mustard seeds, urad dhal, green chillies, Dry red chillies, onion and curry leaves. Saute till everything turns to colour.

🌿 Add salt and water, once the water starts boiling add the broken rice in it.Cover with the lid for 10 to 15 minutes.

🌿 And the upma is almost done, Serve hot with coconut chutney and tomato chutney 🤤

What is inside the box🤔

Yeah, here is one of my favourite Mysore Pak🤤Love for Mysore Pak never ends. Are you all fond of it? I wish there will be a few who is addicted to it since their childhood.

It is a super delicious and popular sweet from Mysore. It is made with Just Three Ingredients – Besan, ghee and sugar. This melt in the Mouth rich sweet is so-called as it’s was invented in the kitchens of Mysore Palace. Here ‘Pak’ or ‘Paka’ refers to sugar syrup.

My father bought this Sweet from one of the famous bakeries in

📍Chidambaram, in Sri Shanmuga Vilas. This bakery is cherished by everyone.

They prepare freshly, and also with hygiene. Not alone Mysore Pak, They also make Ladoo and jilabi at a low cost.

This box cost around 250 Rupees. The rate is also capable of quantity.

And also the things are getting worse day by day, please be safe and lead a healthy and happy life ❤

Few say without biryani the weekend couldn’t fulfil.

Choco truffle cake❤

Any Chocolate lovers out there?

If you’re a choco addict then you will all definitely love this chocolate truffle cake, trust me.

We visited Archana’s sweet and bakery, Tiruchirappalli. We first had Vegetable pizza, the taste was awesome 🙂

Mini vegetable pizza cost around Rupees 150. We soon finished our pizza and shifted to Chocolate truffle cake. Very much excited to taste it out, because this is the first time. I haven’t tasted it already.

One piece cost 60 Rupees. When I had the first piece, I felt like I am in love with the shape of you😀this is what I exactly felt.

The cake was tremendous, and it couldn’t be expressed. Such a terrific !!!

I want you people all to try out this choco truffle cake, and when you visit Tiruchirappalli must try out Archana’s choco truffle cake.

Any Pasta lovers?Did you all know?We can prepare yummy pasta using wheat :)

Can you all guess what’s this? I have already said you guys  that I stick to pasta often.
Usually, we used to buy pasta for groceries and prepare it.

But this is quite different, I made pasta in-home using wheat. Wish a few may be heard about wheat pasta. The aroma is entirely awesome while grating it with few masalas. I assure you guys of a distinct aroma.

INGREDIENTS:

•Wheat flour
•Oil
•Salt
•Water
•Tomatoes
•Onion
•Cumin seeds
•Aniseeds/fennel seeds
•Turmeric powder
•Garam Masala
•Dry red chilli
•Curry leaves
• Coriander
• Grated coconut
•Ginger garlic paste

METHOD
1.First, prepare wheat flour using oil, salt and water to get a solid content(like how we will prepare for chapati the same)


2.Then cut those flour according to your wish.


3.Now drop those cubed or circle shaped pasta in boiled water and, let it steam for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure that you didn’t reduce the flame into slow, it should be in the high form.


4. It’s time to prepare the spice, in a jar 1 tomato, a few chopped coconut, 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,1/2 teaspoon garam masala and 1/2 turmeric powder. And also 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds(perunjiragam- in Tamil)to make it more spice add one dry red chilli.


5.Grind the entire content in the jar. Meanwhile, pasta would have been cooked.


6.Again in a pan, drop 1/2 of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds along with few curry leaves.


7.Then add the chopped onions in it, fry them till the onion colour changes into brown.


8.Now add those mixed masalas in it and let them cooked for a few minutes.


9.Add 1/4 cup of water and drop that steamed wheat pasta in it.


Let it get cooked for 15 minutes.
And at last, serve that spicy pasta with some coriander and serve hot

To be frank, the taste is awesome when added coconut and ginger garlic paste

Cold coffee for the hectic season😍

Hot or cold coffee is a favourite drink for many. Which is available wherever we go.

I made a fresh cold coffee in the home. And I am happy to share with you all❤

It’s quite easy to prepare. Instead of spending 80 Rupees to 100 Rupees, you can prepare in the home.

Ingredients :
1.Milk
2.Sugar
3.Instant coffee powder.
4.Ice cubes.

Method :
1.First, in a jar add 1 tumbler of boiled milk. Then add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder in it.
2.Now add sugar (1/2) cup of sugar.
3.Drop 3 to 4 ice cubes in it.
4.Grind the whole into a jar. At last for the toppings sprinkle some coffee powder.

Super duper cold coffee is done within a moment❤

Blowing the gloom, with snow cake.

I truly wanted to share the preparation of snow cake, with you all. Because lots of leisure happened out while preparing it. This is the first time try, and very much interested in rendering it. As usual, got lots of cargo while preparing. But I was dam convinced that I will bring out the pattie.

Once I dump out the methods of snow cake, you people will be shocked. Because it only needs fewer ingredients. And need to spend only a few hours to prepare it. Now, let me share the ingredients,

1.Milk

2.Corn flour.

3.Sugar.

4.Cardomom.

5. Grated coconut.

PREPARATION :

• First, add 1 cup of milk and also 1/2 cup of corn flour and stir well.

• Likewise, stir adequately the entire content without any flaw.

• Presently, cook it in the softer flame and mix it well.

• Add, one tablespoon of powdered Cardomom and subtract 1/4 the cup of sugar and fuss well.

• At last, snatch that mixed thickness and shift it in the bowl.

• Now, apply 2 teaspoons of ghee in a bowl, in which you are going to acquire the cake.

• Place it in the refrigerator for two to three hours to get milky snow cake.

• Meanwhile, for the toppings fry that grated coconut for two minutes.

• Now, veered it into the plate and add those fried coconut and embellish it.

The little one’s in my house made me so persecuted me while doing this. But I haven’t annoyed about it.Finally, prepared my favourite snow cake. I also assure you guys for the delicious snow cake.

Spongy Gulab Jamun for the weekend.

Imagine full of sweetness is waiting out for us and shouldn’t miss out la. The picture shows us not to miss it. Such a tempting one to crave and enjoy. When nothing is there in the kitchen, feels to try out Gulab Jamun.

It took one hour to prepare it. Lots of negative comments while entering in to prepare. But I just stepped out and confident in making it. My mom is very much angry about it making, she too came along with me. Saying that I wouldn’t do it properly.

But I didn’t allow her in, I just started to prepare it solitary.

I have done it more than thrice, so I was precise that I will do it sweeter and prove myself.

When we are a self-esteemed person, the result will automatically give you more prosperity. As I promised my mummy, I have done Gulab Jamun so well and also received appreciation from my mom.

Nothing will make you happier, other than a words if appreciation from our parents la?

Have you all eaten Palmyra sprout?(Pana kilangu- english) it’s an underground sprout of Palmyra palm. It can be dried or boiled to form odiyal, a hard chewable snack..
