Some restaurant style Gobi Manchurian ❤️

Tried out restaurant style Gobi Manchurian for evening❤️The taste of the gobi Manchurian varies from mildly spicy to hot. Where it is an Indian Chinese fried cauliflower food item  which is popular in India. Hope you guys will love it❤️

Ingredients :
Cauliflower.
Salt.
Gram flour.
Rice flour.
Coriander.
Oil.
Lemon.

Method :
1.First cut the cauliflower into pieces and boil  it for 10 minutes.
2.Now remove the water and add 1 cup of gram flour.
3.Add half cup of rice flour, so when we add this we will get crispness.
4.Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
5.Use water to mix the entire content,  so that you will the get texture into solid stage.
6.Heat the pan with the oil and fry those cauliflower in the oil until the color changes into orange/red.
7.Too crispy and crunchy spicy cauliflower is ready. Serve this with fresh sauce. If you love lemon, squeeze a drop of lemon and enjoy the gobi Manchurian.
