Diwali special confection

Hi guys, hope each and every one of them celebrated Diwali safely and cheerfully. For this Diwali(2020), I have tried out a new recipe milk powder laddu. I am the one who is fond of milk powder. Wish you guys also love milk powder from your childhood. one of my friend suggested me this beautiful sweet for Diwali.

Now I gonna explain to you with step by step.

It is quite easy to prepare within 20 minutes. But make sure to handle it carefully.

Equipped this sweet with utilizing fewer ingredients. It barely took  15 minutes to 20 minutes to prepare this sweet.

INGREDIENTS:
Milk powder(200 gram)
Milk(1/4 cup)
Sugar(1/2 tb)
Kesari powder(orange colour)
Ghee(1 tb)

METHOD:
1.In a pan add 1/4 cup of milk, and one teaspoon of ghee.
2.Now mix the quantity and enlarge it by adding milk powder limited and stir it well.
3.Again add a small amount of milk powder, stir well without any air drips.
4.Then add half teaspoon of sugar and blend well.
5.Heat it in the low flame and make it a dough.
6.Its time to make it more colourful. Divide the dough into two.
7.In one piece of it add the liquid orange colour powder and mix adequately.
8.And in the orange colour dough make it into shape (either round or in a rectangular shape)
9.Take a pinch of white colour dough and place it inside of the orange colour dough.
10.Colourful milk powder laddu is glad.

Ultimately shaken out the Saraswati pooja with my favourite biryani. I am a pure vegetarian, and I love biryani to the essence. It gives a distinctive taste when nibbled with some raita and kurma. It is wide and fully prepared by mom, where I am a little handful in making it exact. So mom just tacked the aroma of it and made us all glad.

Also planning to try Kaju katli, by my own. Will soon make it flawlessly and replenish you all with my mode of cuisine.

I didn’t ever mind for the feast if biryani is in front of me 🤤such a spicy and tasty biryani solely shoves me for the whole day.

International coffee day❤

To be frank, my day😅always stick to this every day. I never begin my day without coffee. Even though when I woke up at 11😅 I usually have coffee and then move to breakfast. If I didn’t have coffee I feel some dizziness. and I use to get severe head pain. The love for south Indian filter coffee never ends.I hate instant coffee, I always prefer filter coffee. Not only myself my entire family stick to it😅

Even I too have a limit for it, but my father used to 2 to 3 times per day. Usually, men have more work, they always keep them busy with their routine work .so he used to have 2 to three times per day. Grinding the corn for today’s evening🤩

Corn(Makka cholam) whoever is fond of eating corn? I had this today evening. To be honest we people used to enjoy the sweet corn, other than Corn(Makka cholam)This type of corn is really good, to crunch in the evening ❤️
It also has more benefits other than sweet corn.

Some restaurant style Gobi Manchurian ❤️

Tried out restaurant style Gobi Manchurian for evening❤️The taste of the gobi Manchurian varies from mildly spicy to hot. Where it is an Indian Chinese fried cauliflower food item  which is popular in India. Hope you guys will love it❤️

Ingredients :
Cauliflower.
Salt.
Gram flour.
Rice flour.
Coriander.
Oil.
Lemon.

Method :
1.First cut the cauliflower into pieces and boil  it for 10 minutes.
2.Now remove the water and add 1 cup of gram flour.
3.Add half cup of rice flour, so when we add this we will get crispness.
4.Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
5.Use water to mix the entire content,  so that you will the get texture into solid stage.
6.Heat the pan with the oil and fry those cauliflower in the oil until the color changes into orange/red.
7.Too crispy and crunchy spicy cauliflower is ready. Serve this with fresh sauce. If you love lemon, squeeze a drop of lemon and enjoy the gobi Manchurian.

Yes, too soft and too healthy. I started my day with this healthy breakfast. One of my favorite poori. Now I would like to share why I have started this blog page.

Iam one of the food lover. Hope everyone loves food.Fast foods doesn’t have to be junk foods. One of my relative totally avoids fast foods. So, I went and asked to him why are you avoiding that spicy and tasty foods. The answer from him was just diet. I was really shocked and he would be very thin and good looking.I asked to him stop the diet and start to enjoy the tasty one. We are earning money to survive. That’s true and I also agree with that point. See everyone know we all have one lives. Following diet is not a wrong thing. But sometimes can take some fast foods.

Yes, a simple snack make you more healthy. This is one of my favorite snack. Boiled ground nuts added some carrots and onions. Yesterday I felt more hungry so immediately it strikes me. So started to prepare this quick snack and I shared this with you all.

Some people didn’t even know about this, only few can know. Village people can be more aware of it. We people are showing more interest in only fast foods. During this quarentine stay safe at home at try some healthy snack from and enjoy the taste.

Yes. This needs to make us all chill and happy during this hot summer seasons. It reminds my college days where we used to bund our class and run away to canteen and had this ice cream. Didn’t know when we will get those days. Really missing those naughty atrocities. So when I have this one it reminds me.
